RIP CURL GROMSEARCH STOP #2 CALLED ON FOR KEWALOS, HI SATURDAY JULY, 14TH

Stop number 2 of the Rip Curl GromSearch series, presented by Banzai Bowls, takes us to the warm Hawaiian Islands. The top 16 and under junior surfers will compete at Kewalo Basin, Oahu, Hawaii this Saturday, July 14^th with regional titles on the line.  88 competitors will aim to show off their talents as they take to the water for their chance to earn cash prizes, bragging rights, and qualify for the Rip Curl GromSeach National Final, set to be held at C-St, Ventura, CA on November 17-18. The Surfline forecast for the weekend is calling for perfectly fun 2-3 ft+ surf and bit of rain early in the morning. As the day moves on, the rain will clear, and the showers of water will be provided by the massive turns courtesy of Hawaii’s top youth surfers.
